DISNEY CRUISE LINE- MEXICO

Disney Cruise Line- Port of call MEXICO

Good morning from Mexico!
This day on the Disney fantasy we arrived in Cozumel Mexico. After a quick breakfast at the buffet we were off the ship and awaiting our Mexican tour guide for our buggy and snorkelling port adventure.

We first started with our buggies. It turned out we where to actually drive them on the road in real traffic, this to me was quite daunting so I let me fiancé drive the whole time. The scenic drive up to our snorkelling location was so nice!

We arrived at a small private beach area where there was a bar, bathroom facilities and beach chairs for our use. This was my first time snorkelling so I was really excited, until I got into the water! I found it hard to breath with the mouth piece, it took me a while to get used to it (fyi for people wo have not snorkelled before) and then I saw a barracuda which freaked me out. Any who….

After our we were done with that was jumped back in our buggies to go to our lunch location. (tip: wear a lot of sunscreen as the buggies have no roof and it can get very hot!)
This next beach was very nice. There was a lunch cabaña set up for us which served all sorts of authentic Mexican food made by the locals including sort shell tacos yum!
Plus, as we enjoyed our food, a mariachi band of three came and sung to us. It was so cool!

After our lunch we made our way back to the Fantasy, stopping at some shops along the way.

Our two instructors were super great and made our time really enjoyable. I would recommend this port adventures for anyone ailing the western Caribbean itinerary. Port adventure can be booked online at home prior to sailing on our Disney cruise line account or bookings can be made at the port adventures desk aboard your ship.

REMY

Can I just start with this had to be by far one of the best nights and experiences of my life.
Remy is a luxurious adult-exclusive five-star restaurant which serves the finest French dinners.

The décor is fabulous, look out for subtle little chef Remy’s hidden amongst the room.
Our waiters were just superb offer the best service I had ever had, while we enjoyed the most perfect view of the ocean from our table.

The set dinner we choose I swear was about 10 courses. It was incredible. Truly the best dinning experience ever. I don’t want to give to much away so I wont go into explaining the meals, but this is a not to miss if you sail on the Disney Fantasy or Disney Dream.

Reservation can be made prior to sailing on the Disney cruise line website or on board the ship preferable on your first ay of sailing. Dress code is enforced, so get dressed up in our cocktail finest. For more info on Remy see: https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/onboard-activities/remy-restaurant/
